Reading and search
Site search runs in your browser using search index files served by this site. Glossary name searches and category/process filters also run in the browser. Queries are not sent to a separate search provider.
Forms and browser storage
There are no active subscription, contact or supplier-referral forms. The site code has no analytics integration and does not set cookies or use local or session storage.
These statements describe the current implementation. Adding forms, analytics or other services requires a review of the data handling and an updated notice.
Email links
Email links open your email application; the website does not submit a message on your behalf. If you choose to email the team, your email service will transmit your address and the message content. Include only the information needed for your enquiry.
The email provider, mailbox access and message-retention arrangements have not yet been verified for this notice. No delivery or response time is promised.
Hosting and request records
This site is served through Cloudflare Pages. Viewing it requires requests for pages, assets and search files. Request logging, retention periods and data locations have not been fully verified for this notice.
The statements above about site code and browser storage do not establish whether the hosting service will set security cookies or retain request records. Those settings need a separate check against the actual service configuration.
